Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Southall Designer Outlet. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, and deliver orders placed through our online store. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom cannot be processed through our online store at this time.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all eligible orders. No additional shipping charges will be added during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will begin processing according to our standard processing schedule. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed from the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Processing begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Transit Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery transit time is 3–4 business days, Monday through Saturday.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, including processing and transit time. Deliveries are generally completed Monday through Friday. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. You can use the tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment until delivery.

Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address may require additional shipping arrangements before they can be delivered again.

Change of Mind

If you no longer wish to receive your order after it has been shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping orders cannot normally be cancelled once they have entered the shipping process.

Order Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience if such delays occur.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please inspect the contents as soon as possible. If any item has been damaged during delivery, contact our customer support promptly and include photographs of both the package and the damaged item to help us review your request.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates unusual shipping activity or your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.

Item Not Received

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with members of your household, neighbors, or your local delivery office. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact our customer support so we can assist you further.

Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package when required, it may be returned to us by the carrier. Additional shipping arrangements may be required before the order can be sent again.

Taxes and VAT

All product prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT where required. The price shown on the product page and at checkout is the final product price for your purchase unless otherwise stated.
