Do you have a physical store?

Yes. We operate a retail store located at 104 South Rd, Southall UB1 1RB, United Kingdom, where customers can browse a much larger collection than what is currently available online.

Do you offer custom-made products?

Yes. Custom-made and personalized orders are available through our physical store. Please contact us before placing a custom order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery generally takes 3–4 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
